Abstract

From a reading of the current technological framework in which we live, or present works, it is intended to map and analyze the creative possibilities of many artists who occupy the space of social networks on the internet. For this, go through the historical and social contexts of the feminist movement and try to understand how the female presence takes place in art and how it is represented in visual culture. In addition, this project intends to present the practical purpose of an online individual exhibition with the aim of bringing together the author's artistic production built in parallel to this dissertation, for that purpose, in search of leaks, two spaces of control and means of militancy. organization. In addition, the objective of this research is to analyze the author's artistic poetics, which guides the production of the material shown here and protects the investigation of self-representation from a virtual identity. This research also seeks to establish a look at the community of women artists present in social networks, having as main criteria the themes that dialogue with the artist's artistic production. It is also worth highlighting the main themes that these artists have been addressing in networks through artistic and technological languages.
