O Giro Linguístico da Filosofia: implicações no processo de reconfiguração da razão pública.

Abstract

The objective of this dissertation is to present the thesis of Habermas's theory that the task is to reconstruct the formation of the system of rules that subjects capable of acting and endowed with linguistic ability thoughtlessly apply in your everyday act. From this perspective, it confirms that not only the "language", but also "speaks", that is to say, the use of sentences in utterances is susceptible to a formal analysis, the methodological approach of a reconstructive theory. The communicative action gives rise to the new concept of reconfiguration reason worked by Habermas; in other words, the concept of public reason. The effort of the author is to rethink the background the idea of reason and a theory in which a democratic society can be founded. In this perspective, it is intended to present the reconfiguration of public reason from the pragmatic twist the theory of language and its implications for deliberative democracy, from the perspective of Habermas.
